With over 8 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition support, I have developed a strong background in high-volume hiring, candidate management, onboarding, and recruiting operations across multiple regions and business units.

In my current role with PeopleScout supporting Sysco, I manage recruiting operations across several markets and support warehouse, CDL, maintenance, transportation, and operations hiring. I currently manage up to 48 open requisitions simultaneously and recently supported 29 hires in a single month. Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and operations leadership while maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
