Mortech builds software to help lenders and consumers simplify their mortgage decisions. This team is responsible for finding and evaluating new customer opportunities, building growth strategies for existing customers, and serving as a resource for other business units. The role of the Sales Executive is to drive topline revenue by acquiring and maintaining Mortech PPE customers. You will be responsible for obtaining new business through prospecting, cold calling and demonstrating to customers how Mortech can help alleviate their problems and help streamline their daily mortgage process. What you’ll do
Primary responsibility is driving top-line revenue through acquiring new Mortech Pricing Engine Customers
Strategic prospect, qualify, present and close new accounts through cold calling, warm inbound inquiries, and additional lead sources
Ability to overcome initial indifference and articulate value in your interactions
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Be an expert in all of Mortech products and services
Ability to navigate multiple browsers and programs including product demos, Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to demo and present our Mortech product through virtual meeting platforms, phone calls, and in-person meetings/conferences
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $20.00 – $32.00 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
3+ years of experience in business (B2B) to business sales, face to face sales, selling into accounts with complex/multiple decision makers.
Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude over the phone and in person.
Highly proficient in and Windows based applications.
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the mortgage lending process preferred.
