About the role

Software Engineers are responsible for working with a team of software engineers and QAs staff to design, implement, test and release software applications. The Engineer will support the team in building quality solutions and supporting existing applications with sound design practices and efficient, scalable code in an agile team environment.

• Support team members in maintenance and development of solutions using technologies such as C# .Net, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

• Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications adhering to standards and best practices for implementing technical solutions.

• Executes production/support tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

• Take ownership of tasks and the application from architecture to deployment and quality gates.

• Review designs, code and unit test plans where applicable.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $120,900.00 – $193,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

In this role, you will be familiar with:

• C# .Net, .Net Core, RESTful API design and implementation, and Microservices

• Experience with SQL and database development and design

• Understanding of the principles of an Agile development environment, Object Oriented Design, and Domain Driven Design

• Some familiarity with front end web technologies/Frameworks such as JavaScript, Angular and/or Ionic in a web and/or mobile environment is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or related experience.
