We are looking for a part-time professional in-office administration person to join our team in the afternoons. This can be a flexible position M-F, but we prefer afternoons 1-5pm.
Duties included: Professional phones, filing (paper and digital data filing) scanning, running errands, banking, following up with staff and clients, calendar management, emails, professional writing, managing web blogs and content and light data entry and bookkeeping.
Skills Necessary: Microsoft Applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams. Quickbooks experience a plus. Marketing and blogging a big plus. Quick Learner, organized, and works well with a team. Emphasis on accounting growth.
