Position Title: Manager, Omnichannel Marketing
Location: South Deerfield, MA
The Manager, Omnichannel Marketing drives the development of channel strategies to increase distribution, sales, and profit for the Home Fragrance Business Unit, serving as the internal expert on customer strategies, shopper marketing, and insight driven selling stories across key wholesale channels and customers. The Manager, Omnichannel Marketing is accountable for preservation of existing business and creation of new business opportunities through maximizing omnichannel shopper marketing plans and budgets, driving optimized online and in-store assortments, planograms, promotional, and off shelf plans via best in class insight driven line reviews and customer collaboration. Serves as the liason between sales and internal cross functional teams – closely collaborating with Brand, Brand Activation, e Marketing, e Planning, e Analytics, and Finance to link internal strategies and priorities with customer strategies and priorities.
