Are you a natural storyteller? A skilled photographer and videographer? Do you have a passion for the Outdoors? This position gives you the opportunity to communicate across the resorts marketing channels by creating photo and video content. This role works in support of and in alignment with the Marketing Producer and Marketing Directors strategic plan.
Encourage and guide people to Venture Out with compelling content that supports the resorts marketing goals, while also highlighting the brand voice through a fresh, fun, organic lens. Use your photo and video skills to bring the brand and the resorts stories to life; from mountain conditions, to resort events and operational updates, behind-the-scenes action to personality profiles, and all the things there are to do on and off the mountain.
You should demonstrate great attention to detail, have very strong communication skills and be a team player. This is a job that requires both work and play to share your enthusiasm for the mountains and Winter Park Resort.
The Content Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing Team and works first and foremost to drive the resort and marketing goals. They must be a team player and have a marketing mindset, able to jump in and contribute on a multitude of projects and flex their skillset where needed. Please note that advanced skiing/snowboarding ability is an essential function of this job.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
hourly pay range: $14.50 – $21.63 per hour
