West Valley Staffing Group is currently seeking an Digital Marketing Specialist for an exciting Remote opportunity!

Summary:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, talented professional to be a part of our global Marketing Operations team. The Marketing Operations specialist will be responsible for working with internal partners across the marketing team to advise on and execute marketing campaigns and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement campaigns in Marketo, including:
• Creating emails
• Building lead management and routing logic
• Setting up webinars
• Building nurture programs
• Creating and running reports
• Use project management software to manage projects
• Manage requests and work with team to ensure completion within deadlines
• Assist in budgeting process
• Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing Operations team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate marketing and communications, and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts.
• Assist in all processes and implement improvements to enhance Marketing Operations productivity and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years business experience
• Experience with business software, preferably marketing automation (MAP) and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Ability to learn, understand, and use new technologies
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage your own projects from ideation through execution
• Responsive, organized, able to multi-task, and work across various software platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, global teams
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and also work independently, including integrating diverse feedback from various stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
