The HR & Payroll Manager supports the management of the agency through the provision of payroll, human resources, and company benefits. Responsibilities include human resource administration, payroll processing and related reports, preparing and benefits administration. Must be able to perform the duties with little or no supervision and possess a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
