Responsibilities
HR Resolution Specialists provide customer service for HR-related processes through inquiry management and resolution. Responsible for resolving tier-I employee inquiries, complaints, and requests. Research solutions and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate team members as needed. HR Resolution Specialists are responsible for tracking, documenting, and reporting trends by type of query and sharing that information with the HRSC Team Lead. The HR Resolution Specialist Position reports directly to the HR Resolution Specialist Team Lead / Manager.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Preferred Education: Bachelors’ degree preferred
Required Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of Service Center or equivalent experience
Required Minimum Skills: Demonstrated customer service skills resolving varying customer inquiries. Ability to follow directions and perform the necessary steps to resolve issues. Effective communication skills to work with employees at all levels to explain programs/policies and resolve problems. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive material; able to work with a high degree of accuracy, often in time-critical situations. Create partnerships with HR peers and team members. Support data interpretation & analysis capability
