The Role

We are looking for a Wellness Strategist to serve as the architect of our members’ personalized wellness journeys. In this role, you’ll translate data into direction, helping members move from overwhelm to clarity.

You guide members from insight to action by translating their Health Metrix™ results, lifestyle data, and personal goals into a clear, prioritized, and achievable wellness plan. This role blends strategy, empathy, and execution. You are not just supporting members, you are helping them take control of their wellness with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Serve as the initial point of contact for new members after completing the NuvoFem intake quiz
• Review each member’s Health Metrix™ results, wellness priorities, and available data (biometrics, lifestyle inputs, etc.)
• Guide members through their results and help them identify and prioritize their top focus areas
• Co-create a personalized 30/60/90 day wellness strategy aligned with their goals, resources, and lifestyle
• Match members with the appropriate wellness professionals, tools, and support pathways

Member Experience & Support

• Deliver a high-empathy, trauma-informed experience in every interaction
• Build trust quickly by creating a space where members feel seen, understood, and supported
• Translate complex wellness concepts into clear, actionable next steps
• Provide ongoing support through check-ins, progress tracking, and plan adjustments
• Help members move from overwhelm to clarity to action

Resource Coordination

• Connect members with trusted providers, services, and resources aligned with their plan
• Navigate barriers related to cost, access, time, and competing priorities
• Coordinate communication between members and providers when needed
• Offer alternative solutions and pathways when initial options are not accessible

Wellness Literacy

• Help members understand their body signals, patterns, and data insights (including wearable data such as Oura Ring when applicable)
• Reinforce behavior change through education, encouragement, and structured guidance
• Support members in building confidence and autonomy in their wellness decisions
• Align all interactions with NuvoFem’s philosophy: personalized, whole-being, and actionable wellness

Workflow & Engagement

• Own the end-to-end member journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement
• Document all interactions clearly to ensure continuity, personalization, and quality of care
• Use internal tools and systems to track progress, insights, and outcomes
• Prioritize member needs based on urgency, complexity, and potential impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, remove barriers, and enhance the member experience
