Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Carlsbad, CA. As a Wellness Receptionist and Sales Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service in a calm and professional manner. Your daily responsibilities include greeting clients, managing appointment schedules, handling phone inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and supporting sales initiatives. You will contribute to maintaining the serene and welcoming environment that Selah Center is known for while assisting with client needs and fostering a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing schedules and greeting clients
• Strong Clerical Skills, including organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a calm, professional manner
• An interest or background in wellness, healthcare, or client-centered services is a plus
• Proficiency with standard office software and scheduling systems
• Must be comfortable on the phone or on zoom for the majority of the working day
• Must excel in organization, sales ability and follow up
