Job Summary

Perform duties to complete various tasks with a safety-minded approach related to machine set up, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and/or preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to meet production goals and standards on a regular basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare work center to run according to schedule and ensure production goals and standards are met
• Work with other area leads to ensure sufficient product flow
• Assist with material handling to provide continuous production at each work center and meet operational needs
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Monitor operation of machine, reporting any damage or needed repairs before end of shift
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on machine
• Proactively adjust equipment if deviations occur
• Conduct frequent checks on product quality to ensure standards are met, report quality issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clear and organized work area
• Support a safe working environment for all work center employees
• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed

Requirements/Skills:

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent math skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to work overtime
• Able to measure and read a measuring device
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Demonstrated mechanical abilities

• Previous CNC experience
• Demonstrated aptitude to learn complex processes
• Working knowledge of computers
• Knowledge of GMP’s.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time (approximately 8+ hours/day)
• Able to bend, twist and turn repeatedly/daily (approximately 6-9 hours/day)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. frequently/daily (approximately 4-7 hours/day)
• Able to reach overhead occasionally/daily (less than 3 hours/day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 – $23.50 per hour
