Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Must have knowledge of electrical materials.
• Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems. ensuring proper stock control and cycle counts.
• Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts to optimize workflows for timely delivery and shipment of goods.
• Oversee forklift operations and mechanical equipment use, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards and proper training.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline logistics procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, inventory movements, and safety inspections in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with strong leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management, logistics, materials handling, and warehouse distribution processes.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and other inventory control tools such as OSHAs regulations.
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures within e-commerce or 3PL environments.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely during heavy lifting tasks; physical stamina required for long shifts.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
