Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive work environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
• Manage warehouse distribution operations, including order picking, packing, loading, and unloading with heavy lifting equipment such as forklifts.
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall warehouse productivity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain detailed records of shipping & receiving logs, incident reports, and inventory control documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse environment to uphold safety protocols and mechanical integrity of handling equipment.
