The Vice President of Strategic Finance is a senior finance leader responsible for driving enterprise profitability, growth strategy, and financial performance across SBM. Education And/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (required)
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
CPA, CFA, or similar credential a plus
5+ years in strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting
Experience in facilities management, IFM, or service-based industries strongly preferred
Proven success driving revenue growth and margin expansion
Deep experience with pricing strategy, contract structures, and deal economics
Strong background in financial modeling and analytics
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
High-impact, externally oriented finance leader with strong commercial instincts
Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite decision-
Data-driven with strong problem-solving capability
Comfortable operating across strategy, finance, and operations
Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients and field operations
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
