Our mission is simple: improve healthcare access by meeting patients where they are and building trusted relationships within the communities we serve. We are growing rapidly across Tennessee and are building a team of mission-driven leaders who thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments.
Total Healthcare. Where you live.
About The Role
Matter Health is seeking a VP, Operations Strategy & Execution to help scale operational performance, workforce strategy, and enterprise execution across a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This executive leadership role partners closely with clinical, operational, HR, finance, and executive leadership teams to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient and employee experience.
This role will lead strategic operational initiatives, drive accountability across markets and departments, support workforce planning and process optimization, and help build scalable infrastructure as Matter Health continues to expand.
This role operates in close partnership with the VP, Clinical Affairs within Matter Health’s dyad operating model. Clinical leadership owns care standards, clinical workflows, and care delivery protocols, while this role leads operational execution, workflow optimization, staffing operations, centralized care operations services, and technology adoption. Both leaders share accountability for patient experience, care coordination effectiveness, and operational execution.
Although this role is remote, candidates based in Tennessee or nearby regions are strongly preferred due to occasional in-person leadership meetings and market travel.
