VP of Supply Chain Operations Full Time NEW

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at THOM. The individual will oversee daily supply chain processes, ensuring streamlined operations and efficiency across procurement, logistics, demand planning, and overall supply chain management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the VP will develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand, and drive cost-effective procurement initiatives. This role also involves monitoring logistics networks, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while driving continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Management strategies, including overseeing end-to-end processes.
• Strong capabilities in Demand Planning, forecast analysis, and ensuring accurate inventory levels to meet business goals.
• Proven experience in Procurement processes and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective contract negotiations and partnerships.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including the optimization of transportation, distribution, and warehousing operations.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management technologies, tools, and analytics systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced knowledge of regulations and policies related to global supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
