VP of Corporate Development – Transportation & Logistics Full Time NEW

Madison Hunt is partnering with a leading North American transportation and logistics platform to hire a Corporate Development professional. The firm manages an active and growing portfolio of core US transportation assets across multiple states, with an established management team in place and a clear mandate to grow through acquisitions, partnerships, and new investments.

Responsibilities:

• Support M&A, bolt-on acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across transportation and logistics infrastructure
• Lead financial structuring including debt, equity, and capital solutions at both the asset and platform level; negotiate agreements with lenders, institutional partners, and strategic counterparties
• Evaluate acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and support integration across the platform
• Work closely with senior leadership and the platform management team to shape and execute the firm’s growth strategy

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years in corporate development, private equity, infrastructure investing, project finance, or investment banking with transportation, logistics, or infrastructure exposure
• Strong financial modeling capabilities including asset-level and platform M&A structures
• Understanding of user-pay infrastructure economics, concession structures, and operational platforms
