VIP & Influencer Relations Assistant

NinetyEightConsulting is partnering with a London-based luxury fashion brand to hire a VIP & Influencer Relations Assistant supporting the U.S. market.
This role contributes to the brand’s continued growth across North America, building relationships with stylists, celebrities, tastemakers, and digital creators. Sitting within the marketing and communications function, this position plays a key role in strengthening brand visibility and cultural relevance in the U.S.
We are seeking someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and culturally aware, with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape and influencer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• Assist in execution of VIP and influencer seeding strategies across the U.S. market
• Coordinate gifting and product placements to celebrities, stylists, editors, and creators
• Maintain influencer, stylist, and media contact lists
• Support logistics for events, previews, and market appointments
• Track placements, social mentions, and earned coverage
• Monitor emerging talent across fashion, entertainment, and digital culture
• Assist with sample trafficking and showroom coordination
• Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer relations, VIP services, or fashion marketing
• Strong awareness of the luxury fashion landscape and key industry voices
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Based in NYC
• Experience supporting sample logistics or gifting initiatives is a plus
