Summary
The Vice President of Supply Chain and Demand Planning is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and executing integrated planning strategies that drive operational excellence across Ashley Furniture’s global supply chain. This position combines oversight of comprehensive demand forecasting with strategic supply planning and network optimization to ensure seamless alignment between market demand, manufacturing capabilities, and distribution operations.
As a key member of Ashley’s leadership team, the VP will lead geographically dispersed teams across the United States and Asia, leveraging advanced analytics, forecasting technologies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory levels, enhance service levels, and support Ashley’s position as North America’s #1 furniture manufacturer and retailer. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can balance tactical execution with strategic vision in a dynamic, multi-billion-dollar global environment.
