Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Strategic Growth. In this leadership position, you will develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion and market presence. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, spearheading business development efforts, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing marketing strategies to ensure alignment with company objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify opportunities, set revenue targets, and monitor key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth goals
• Advanced skills in Strategic Planning and the ability to create and implement effective growth strategies
• Experience in Team Leadership, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering team success
• Knowledge in Marketing to effectively position products, build brand awareness, and design impactful campaigns
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop long-term partnerships
• Experience in the food manufacturing or consumer goods sector is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
