Wisper Internet is seeking a fulltimeVP of Sales & Marketing to
complement our Leadership Team.In this role, you will be responsible
for leading three essential functions:Sales, Marketing and Market Development.

The primary responsibility is to identify new market-building and revenue growth opportunities that enable local offices and salesleaders to achieve measurable gains toward achieving local market penetration and leadership.
The VP of Sales & Marketing will provide leadership, identification and coordination of new market growth, company sales andmarketing functions. You will oversee the sales, marketing, and market development managers. You will develop, implement andtrack sales and marketing strategy and programs, drive revenue growth and target existing and new markets and clientele by
successfully managing the following duties, either directly or indirectly through team members. This position reports to the COO of Wisper.
VP of Sales & Marketing
Reviews & analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes & plans to determine effectiveness * Develops & implements strategic marketing & sales plans & forecasts to achieve company
objectives * Develops & manages sales/marketing operating budgets
Excel, Outlook, Sales CRM programs * Minimum ten (10) years of related experience with progressive management
experience * Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a team
(preferred) * Master’s Degree a plus; ideally in sales, marketing or business administration (plus)
