Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Global Operations. The individual will lead and oversee operational strategies, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and optimize processes across global functions. Responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, driving operational excellence, implementing strategic initiatives, and overseeing large-scale projects to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Project Management, with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to successful implementation
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in a global operational environment
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Highly analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree; MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Experience in the education or early childhood development sector preferred
