About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a private equity-backed portfolio company seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy and performance management.

This is a highly visible leadership role working closely with the CFO and CEO, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across a complex, multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, strategic mindset, and experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of enterprise FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
• Partner with executive leadership (CFO & CEO) to drive business performance and growth initiatives
• Own board-level reporting, financial dashboards, and executive insights
• Establish and enhance performance management frameworks across business units
• Support M&A activity including financial analysis, scenario planning, and post-acquisition integration
• Build and scale FP&A systems, tools, and reporting infrastructure
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance leadership roles
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management
• Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or multi-entity environments preferred
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic decisions
• Experience with board reporting and investor communications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000 – $350,000
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
