Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Asset Management. The individual in this leadership role will oversee the strategic management of the company’s property and financial assets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing investment strategies, managing property operations, optimizing the performance of assets, and ensuring alignment with long-term financial goals. The Vice President will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficiency and resource optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions
• Expertise in Finance and Investments for effective capital management and risk analysis
• Experience in Property Management and oversight of day-to-day property operations
• Proficiency in Asset Management to optimize the performance and value of organizational assets
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven track record in senior-level asset or financial management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in healthcare-related asset management is an advantage
