Vice President, Growth Partnerships & Strategic Accounts
The Vice President, Growth Partnerships & Strategic Accounts, is responsible for driving AMC Health’s growth by developing strategic partnerships and expanding key enterprise relationships with health systems, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution level—identifying new growth opportunities, building executive relationships, expanding existing accounts, and translating market needs into tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Partnerships
- Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with AMC Health’s growth priorities.
- Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Drive new business development across priority markets and growth segments.
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and influencers.
- Represent AMC Health with partners, clients, and at industry forums.
Strategic Accounts
- Own executive relationships across AMC Health’s most important accounts.
- Lead executive engagements, including business reviews and strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand solutions.
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue through expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and partnership initiatives.
- Partner with Sales leadership to advance new opportunities across accounts.
Market Strategy
- Stay ahead of healthcare trends, reimbursement shifts, and competitive activity.
- Provide actionable insights into leadership on market opportunities.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products and offerings.
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or strategic accounts.
- Proven success in closing and growing enterprise relationships.
- Experience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology companies.
- Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth.
Capabilities
- Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, value-based care, and digital health.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Commercially oriented with strong financial and negotiation acumen.
- Ability to operate effectively across a complex, matrixed organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($130,000 – $150,000) + performance-based incentive plan
