We are seeking a Vice President, Corporate Strategy & PMO to join Ivy Technology’s executive leadership team. This role is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise strategy, with a strong focus on post‑acquisition integration, transformation, and disciplined execution across AMS, ITAD, and FIS.

The role partners closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure acquisitions are integrated effectively, strategic initiatives are prioritised and delivered, and the organisation scales in a structured and aligned way. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone experienced in integration strategy, enterprise governance, and complex cross‑functional execution in a growing, acquisitive business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the company’s multi‑year corporate and integration strategy
• Driving post‑acquisition integration strategy, execution planning, and value realisation
• Aligning operating models, leadership cadence, and execution priorities across newly acquired and legacy businesses
• Evaluating inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Prioritising, resourcing, and tracking cross‑functional integration and transformation programmes
• Driving business transformation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and performance
• Supporting leadership teams with strategic decision‑making, operating model design, and portfolio optimisation
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team on integration progress, risks, and opportunities
• Establishing KPIs and reporting on integration milestones, strategic initiatives, and enterprise outcomes
