If you are looking for a senior compliance position with a growing Servicing department, the below opportunity may be for you.

What you will be doing:
Review servicing, asset management, insurance and investor reporting functions for compliance with loan document, investor and regulatory compliance
Develop compliance protocols for asset management functions
Manage, train and develop compliance staff
Work with functional groups to develop policies and procedures and enhance internal controls
Develop, implement and maintain a vendor performance management plan to ensure quality of work and adherence to contract terms
Oversee quarterly quality control reviews, including reviews of adjustable rate loans, taxes, insurance, escrow analysis, loan set-up and UCC filings; make recommendations for process improvements and training initiatives based upon findings and trends
Manage internal and external audits
Work with senior management to adjust compliance and quality control functions as needed
Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel
Other projects and skills related to building a career in Servicing compliance!

The education and experience we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, and/or
10 plus years’ experience in a loan servicing, asset management or banking environment

What skills you should have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to approach problems logically while ensuring adherence to program guidelines
Proficient in the use of all MS Office products, plus experience with database software
Self-starter with ability to work with limited oversight
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong work ethic to meet daily challenges of a fast-paced environment.
Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
