Vice President, Account Management

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Account Management to lead and scale our customer engagement function. This executive role is responsible for overseeing the team that manages relationships with MyVenue customers, including food service companies and resellers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing account management team
• Define roles, responsibilities, and success metrics for the team.
• Establish operating rhythms including retention reporting and expansion pipelines.
• Develop a broad understanding of the MyVenue product.
• Work with the various MyVenue teams to maximize mutual success.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Understand each customers business goals and how MyVenue supports them.
• Develop and maintain template for Business Review presentation

Essential Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a SaaS environment
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling account management teams
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through customer retention and expansion
• Strong capability in building networks, managing relationships, and navigating complex business situations

Education background:

Bachelor’s in business administration or any relevant degree.
