Physician Recruiter Sourcer

Job Summary

Physician Recruiter sourcer is responsible for sourcing Providers to successfully present for the open positions of Momentum Healthcare Staffing Services, LLC., Lake Mary, FL

Position is developing your own sourcing programs to connect with Providers looking for new job opportunities. Complete a preliminary Provider recruitment screening and make sure the candidate has the position experience, skills and qualifications for the job openings. You can work full time or part time based on your schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Training

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Public Relations or related field of study or experience in Physician Recruiting Sourcing

Experience

• 2 years’ experience working in HR/Healthcare and Physician Recruiting, a hospital system, or staffing agency.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to act independently with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of working with an ATS, word, excel.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Find Providers through social media, Indeed, LinkedIn and other online candidate search tools as well as your own database and networking.

Do a preliminary phone screen and interview with Provider review credentials, license and past work experience.

Present open job opportunities available to Providers.

Position is 1099 Commission based only – no limit on commissions or earnings.
