.NET Core/5+ and SQL Server Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Back-end developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.

Job Type: Fulltime

• At least 5 years of experience developing, testing, and publishing N-tier applications using Microsoft technologies like C#, .NET Core/5+, WEB API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and IIS
• Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio, Microsoft .NET Core 3.1, and .NET 5
• Proficient using SQL Server Management Studio and Transact-SQL
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Experience using the Dapper ORM and ADO.NET
• Knowledge of Identity Server 4 and JSON Web Tokens
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Experience using JSON and Google Protocol Buffers
• Proficient using the source control Git and Bit Bucket
• Some understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud computing service, particularly DevOps and Managed SQL Instances
• Experienced in development using Agile/SCRUM
• Knowledge and experience in the full software development life-cycle. This includes gathering requirements, design, coding, testing/debugging, and continued maintenance.
• Experience using cryptography, especially pertaining to the AES, RSA, and Elliptical Curve algorithms.
• Highly motivated and learns quickly, while capable of working individually or as a team depending on project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
