Highly responsible professional engineering work planning, monitoring, evaluating, developing, analyzing, and implementing engineering design, permitting, and construction activities and managing the capacity of water distribution, water treatment and wastewater and stormwater systems within the Utilities Department under limited supervision.
Essential Job Duties

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to research, develop, and write reports, memos, technical presentations. Ability to develop, enhance and manage an asset management system. Ability to work effectively in teams. Ability to manage and prioritize routine, specialized and complex assignments and problems utilizing knowledge acquired through prior education, training, and experience.
