Unum is hiring two Digital Adoption Leads to join our Digital Experience Team to drive the adoption & engagement of enterprise digital products and services across all enterprise journeys. This role requires a thorough understanding of digital product strategy, advanced knowledge of user persona, ability to understand web and operation analytics with the ability to drive insights and provide recommendations, behavior change best practices, project management skills, and strategic and critical thinking abilities to identify areas of opportunity to promote digital platforms and improve the overall user experience. The Digital Adoption Lead must have a good understanding of all journey digital platform functionality and consistently derive and measure results against key metrics that align with the overall enterprise. The role must be flexible and versatile to partner with several areas of business and a knowledge of market trends and target audience needs.
