Apprentice Carpenter – Company Paid Health Insurance!

We are urgently hiring Apprentice Carpenters for commercial work in Richmond, VA. The pay range here is $16-$18 per hour based upon experience. Most of our field employees are working 45 to 50 hours per week.

All applicants must have their own personal vehicle, and be ready to work hard outside for 40+ hours a week. Company paid health benefits and pay will be weekly for employee convenience and there is no one week delay!

All of our potential Apprentice Carpenters are required to maintain a professional attitude at all times, as well as provide quality workmanship while performing the scope of each project. Ultimate also requires our field employees to function in a manner that will reflect on their own skills, work ethic, quality of work and professionalism that raises the value of not only the employee, but Ultimate as well.

Apprentice Carpenters Job Responsibilities

• Assist a journeyman carpenter with construction and remodeling projects

• Help build wooden structures

• Attend courses on carpentry

• Learn and practice essential carpentry skills on the job

• Maintain a safe work environment

• Set up and maintain tools for your supervising carpenter

Apprentice Carpenters Job Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate

• Strong math skills

• Familiarity with common power and hand tools

• Experience in construction

• Physical strength and stamina
