Full Job Description
NOW HIRING: HYDROSEEDING TRUCK DRIVER
Based out of Charleston, WV area. Yep need to come here daily.
If gravel roads count as “off-road” to you… keep scrolling.
We need somebody who can:
Drive an 18-speed without grinding every gear
Handle being pushed/pulled around WV hillsides by a dozer
Work on steep, narrow, muddy jobsites
Remember there are PEOPLE riding on top of the trucks
Work in rain, mud, heat, and whatever mood WV weather is in that day
THIS AIN’T:
OTR highway cruising
A clean, white-glove trucking job
Guaranteed home every night
Sitting in the cab scrolling TikTok
THIS IS:
Real off-road work
Long days during the week
Keeping your truck CLEAN
Washing in the evenings & polishing weekly
Helping your crew — not watching them work
Listening, following instructions, and working safely
Wearing PPE and following company safety standards
PAY: $24.00–$26.50/hr
Based on experience and how well you can handle the work.
PER DIEM: $160/day Mon–Thurs if working (or the shop/show up) more than 75 miles from your home address.
Health insurance available.
We work roughly within a 6-hour radius of Charleston, WV. If you have to be home every night, this ain’t your gig.
BUT — if you can DRIVE and don’t mind dirt…go ahead and apply!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
