Account Coordinator/Sales Support – Customer Computer Production, Fulfillment, and Distribution
Are you an energetic, experienced, custom computer hardware sales support person looking for a new opportunity? Do you have current experience in the computer hardware industry? Do you have experience developing customer relationships, processing orders with accuracy, and enjoy a fast paced every changing industry? TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado based custom computer hardware production and fulfillment organization, is looking for an Account Coordinator to assist us in elevating our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the desire, experience, and capabilities to become part of the sales and Account Management team.
The Account Coordinators at TrinWare works closely with the Account Executive team and is responsible for order processing, sales relationship development, order follow-up, and overall customer satisfaction. Successful growth in sales via support to Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial customers, SaaS providers, VAR’s, resellers, and MSP’s in the custom computing and general business marketplace is the focus of the Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of a customer base while assisting with growth and development of new and existing clients in the custom computing and general business Industry. Current experience with custom computer hardware sales, production, distribution and/or the fulfillment industry is required for this position. Business development takes place via C-Level meetings, presentations, networking events (virtual included), telephone, on-line, on-site production tours, and email. The Account Coordinator will work closely with the TrinWare Account Executives and Operations team to assure successful sales processing, growth, customer satisfaction, and business development.
Qualified candidates will support the sales effort of TrinWare’s portfolio of technology solutions which will provide the customer with a successful IT and operational technology roadmap. Execution of this successful roadmap will be key to the success for all stakeholders, customers, Account Executives, and TrinWare personnel.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, and/or related field (preferred)
