Account Coordinator/Sales Support – Customer Computer Production, Fulfillment, and Distribution

Are you an energetic, experienced, custom computer hardware sales support person looking for a new opportunity? Do you have current experience in the computer hardware industry? TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado based custom computer hardware production and fulfillment organization, is looking for an Account Coordinator to assist us in elevating our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the desire, experience, and capabilities to become part of the sales and Account Management team.

The Account Coordinators at TrinWare works closely with the Account Executive team and is responsible for order processing, sales relationship development, order follow-up, and overall customer satisfaction. Successful growth in sales via support to Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial customers, SaaS providers, VAR’s, resellers, and MSP’s in the custom computing and general business marketplace is the focus of the Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of a customer base while assisting with growth and development of new and existing clients in the custom computing and general business Industry. Current experience with custom computer hardware sales, production, distribution and/or the fulfillment industry is required for this position. Business development takes place via C-Level meetings, presentations, networking events (virtual included), telephone, on-line, on-site production tours, and email. The Account Coordinator will work closely with the TrinWare Account Executives and Operations team to assure successful sales processing, growth, customer satisfaction, and business development.

Qualified candidates will support the sales effort of TrinWare’s portfolio of technology solutions which will provide the customer with a successful IT and operational technology roadmap. Execution of this successful roadmap will be key to the success for all stakeholders, customers, Account Executives, and TrinWare personnel.

Qualifications

• 2 Year Associates Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

OR Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, and/or related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience selling and/or supporting computer hardware sales within the past 5 years
• Minimum of 1-2 years of logistics and product acquisition experience in the computer hardware industry (preferred)
• SAGE Experience preferred
• Demonstrate a sales support approach and the ability to connect solutions and new ideas for a successful client experience
• Experience with a CRM, preferably Hubspot and ConnectWise, to allow for sufficient development of a pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Possess the desire to build on this position and become part of the Company’s long term vision and prosperity
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention with a high level of personal and professional ethics and integrity
• Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of excellence
• Candidates will have a history of building close client and vendor relationships
• Previous negotiating skills is beneficial
• Knowledge in computer hardware configurations including servers, desktops, notebooks, IOT devices, networking, LAN, WAN, IT infrastructure solutions, and tool sets is a must
• Extensive computer hardware and IT industry knowledge including software solutions
• Expertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Can lift up to 25 lbs. and move, traverse throughout office setting
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow and succeed with the organization

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and customer product requests
• Sales Support and Account Coordination for one or more TrinWare Account Executives
• Exceed sales quotas established by the organization by assisting and supporting the Account Executives and assuring customer satisfaction
• Maintenance of the customer database utilizing the company CRM (HubSpot) and SAGE Software
• Generate sales leads through relationship development, phone calls, company visits, virtual meetings, networking, and industry events
• Consult with prospective clients to develop and implement tailored product solutions for their complex business needs as appropriate
• Increase revenues by executing effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions
• Maintain, while developing and growing, the existing company clients and revenue
• Utilize the company suite of products to efficiently and effectively support, maintain, and grow your Account Executive’s business portfolio and pipeline
• Be an impactful member of the sales team through the achievement of company monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals and quotas
• Postively impact and support a Sales Quota for your Account Executive’s Client base established by the organization
• Develop strong, positive and prosperous relationships with vendors to achieve long-term company goals and objectives
• Recognize new opportunities as they become evident as the Account Coordinator
• Develop and carry forward company culture that benefits internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Department or Director of Sales and Operations – Production and Fullillment

Relationships

• The Account Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and Operations for custom computer hardware production, fulfillment and distribution at TrinWare. The Account Coordinator will interact with all aspects of the TrinWare organization.

Hours

• The Account Coordinator will work 40+ hours per week. Typical hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additional hours may be required and will be determined by the sales process and may fluctuate with operations.

Compensation

• The Account Coordinator salary range is between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour based on relevant experience plus commissions. Commissions are available after the successful completion of the 90 day evaluation process. The Account Coordinators first year compensation is anticipated to be $45,000+.
