We are looking for a digital media buyer that is passionate about paid digital media, teamwork, process improvement, and driving results for our partners. Attention to detail, positive energy, and a willingness to learn should be engrained in your DNA. You have a knack for digging into data and problem-solving your way to ROI-positive campaigns.

You will be responsible for building and optimizing Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other paid digital campaigns with the goal of achieving, and in many cases, exceeding partners’ objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate has a strong paid social planning, buying, and analysis background with experience executing/buying on search engines and social platforms.

Tribu is a fast-paced environment. Individuals in this position must be able to thrive under pressure, be self-aware, and have a knack for knowing what drives people and builds tribes. This is a full-time, salaried position, and a hybrid opportunity, working 3 days/week from our headquarters in downtown San Antonio, TX, and 2 days from home/anywhere. Please, no remote applicants – you must be willing to relocate.

The Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns through a variety of social platforms, specifically Google, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

• Develop paid media strategies to meet and exceed the partners’ KPIs.

• Utilize reporting to measure, evaluate, and analyze paid digital campaign performance to determine campaign success and provide recommendations and optimizations on an ongoing basis.

• Actively test and analyze targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and placements to drive results

• Manage and pace campaign budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend to ensure partners are trending towards achieving campaign objectives and goals

• Contribute to quarterly business reviews & other partner-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities

• Stay current on paid digital industry trends and emerging platforms

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media buying

• Experience with paid ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• In-depth knowledge of digital media content requirements, restrictions, and best practices by platform – includes buying, optimizing, and reporting practices

• Ability to service multiple partners simultaneously at a high level

• Strong organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive autonomously

• Natural problem-solver with the ability to use context for good judgment

• Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a mastery of zooming in, to execute daily needs, and zooming out, to measure if our efforts are successful

• Advertising Agency experience is preferred

• Preferred Certifications:
• Meta Blueprint certifications in Media Planning, Buying, etc.

• Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
