Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Training and Development Specialist. The role involves designing and developing training programs, creating instructional materials, and delivering training sessions to internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist will assess training needs, develop tailored curricula, and ensure that training materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. Regular collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be required to evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development, including assessing needs and delivering effective programs
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
• Proficiency in Communication to effectively convey training concepts and build rapport with diverse audiences
• Experience in delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Ability to analyze training outcomes and adjust materials based on feedback and effectiveness
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
