We are currently seeking a compassionate person to join our talented team as a Staffing Coordinator / Central Supply Tech for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Staffing experience preferred
• Medical supply knowledge/experience preferred
• Current NAC or Home Care Aide Certification in Washington State REQUIRED
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• The successful team member will be able to work some weekend shifts.
