TGC is seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail to help support our marketing department. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating various marketing materials, such as print materials, multimedia contents, and web design, using our company brand assets. You must be able to take a job from concept through final production while adhering to product and brand identity. As the company continues to grow, we need someone who can provide fresh, innovative ideas for future marketing initiatives and create a forward-thinking culture that stimulates advancement and growth of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create promotional collateral and advertising materials, including but not limited to: branded merchandise, menu boards, flyers, brochures, banners, signages, product labels etc.

• Develop concepts for promotional campaigns, such as holidays promotion, limited time offers, seasonal menu, etc., that can be scaled across hundreds of retail locations

• Follow brand identity guidelines and ensure all visual communications standards are met or exceeded client expectations

• Analyze marketing data (promotion results, sales data analysis) to help shape future marketing strategies

• Improve internal communication by updating and maintaining company intranet

• Develop a range of meeting materials to be used for Business Development Managers, Senior VPs, and above

• Support various projects with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations team

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts or similar field (2 years or more of professional-level graphic design experience may be substituted for education)

• Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, In-design and Photoshop

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Possess a strong understanding of media design, graphic tools, and techniques

• Attention to visual detail and accuracy on all phases of the design process

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

• Experience in operating digital advertising and social media marketing campaign programs is highly valued

• Basic Coding or Web Development skills is highly valued

Pay: $35,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
