Tippecanoe Lake Country Club was established in 1926 and is the only private country club located in Kosciusko County. Located on the northwest corner of Tippecanoe lake, the elevated clubhouse offers a view that is simply unequaled in the state. TLCC has a long-standing tradition of gracious hospitality and providing members with a truly unique and exceptional dining experience. TLCC is a full-service country club offering its members a full casual fine dining facility, a brick oven pizzeria, lakeside TIKI bar and multiple private event spaces. We are currently looking for Line Cooks that are eager to work and learn in this unique and demanding environment.

Position Responsibilities:

· Set up each station according to prep and service needs

· Follow recipes and can execute instructions for prepped items

· Cleans and maintains station by practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills.

· Prepares dishes according to the Executive Chef and Club specifications in a safe and timely manner

· Understands food safety and works while preparing food and dishes in a manner according to those safety guidelines

· Handles, stores and rotates products according to restaurant standards

· Able to follow instructions and perform shift duties without constant supervision

Position Requirements:

· Must be able to work nights and weekends throughout the year

· Must have reliable transportation to work everyday

· Be organized and work well in a fast-paced environment

· Have a strong attention to detail

· Ability to follow instruction and communicate questions

Experience and Education

· Restaurant experience preferred but not necessary

· A strong willingness to learn and grow within a position

· Ability to make basic fractional, ratio and measurement adjustments with recipes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
