Tiber Capital Group Hiring for Vendor Resource Administrator Job at Atlanta Central City Post Offi, GA Full Time

OVERVIEW

The vendor Relations Specialist is responsible for cultivating Tiber Capital Groups’ relationships with its trade partners in all markets. This includes on-boarding, periodic outreach, Issue resolution, trust-building, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the vendor on-boarding process.
• Vendor document management. Vets and approves COIs and W-9 docs. Keeps these documents current.
• Maintains resources containing vendor information that is shared with the Tiber construction team including a master list of all approved vendors and vendor files containing submitted documentation.
• Works with vendors and accounting to resolve vendor payment deficiencies.
• Awards project contracts to assigned GCs.
• Maintains a vendor outreach schedule put in place to help cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with our trade partners.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
