Customer Care Consultant Licensed
Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Responding to customer inquiries and providing a speedy and thorough resolution to customer issues and problems.
Handling escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced representatives. Providing input into hiring decisions and performance appraisals.
Responding to all inquiries and delivering appropriate information or referring to appropriate function or people.
Supervising the activities of customer service representatives in accomplishing customer care goals.
3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred
University (Degree), Preferred
SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7; Series 63
Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Minimum Pay: $22.45
