Thomas Cuisine is hiring a Hospitality Food Services Manager for Logan Health!
The Hospitality Food Service Manager’s primary responsibility is to supervise and coordinate the front-of-house and catering team. The Retail Manager ensures the customers receive a warm welcome and the service runs smoothly. This includes organizing all work, schedules and ensuring all hygiene, safety, and regulatory rules are adhered to, and ensuring customers have the best possible experience. This person will be able to share their experience in managing a fast-paced, high-volume foodservice establishment. Be able to leverage technology and implement innovative ways to provide real food to our 3,000 plus staff population plus patient and resident visitors.
$64,000+ DOE plus bonus potential and profit-sharing

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for all food service-related activities which include:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Be able to lead and grow our staff to help them be their best selves.
Actively impacts and proactively supports high employee engagement.
Actively grows retail revenue and manages point of sale software to promote and market our services that include management of costs and pricing of goods.
The Retail Food Service Manager will have at least an associate’s degree in hospitality or food service management or a minimum of three (3) years of front of house and managerial experience in a hospital or restaurant setting. Will have within 90 days of employment a serve safe managers certification.
