The Source, Inc Hiring for Graphic Designer Full Time

We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and diligent Graphic Designer to continue creating content that will inform, educate, and help our customers’ businesses grow. Qualified applicants will work within the marketing department in creating digital content. This digital content ranges from promotional flyers to catalog creation to more informational packets and social media graphics.

Qualities for ideal candidate:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, or a related field with 2+ years experience
• Professional portfolio examples
• Proficient design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
• Creative eye for design
• Ability to create Motion Graphics
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment
• Has excellent writing skills
• Is interested in taking on more responsibility
• Positive attitude and is willing to contribute in a team setting

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts for:

• Catalogs
• Promotional Flyers
• Informational Packets
• Meeting Themes
• Social Media
• Packaging

Spearhead branding efforts for various product lines and companies

Work together with Marketing team to ensure cohesive branding throughout all product lines

Manage multiple projects with critical deadlines

Willingness to be a key contributor with big picture projects as well as day to day tasks

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
