THE RIGHT STAFF is looking for candidates for an Emergency Response Representative position to provide roadside remote assistance with concierge, mobility, monitoring, and emergency services for major brands like Audi, BMW, Dodge, Jeep, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Maserati, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, and more! This is a full-time, permanent position with a large and growing Service Solutions company in Burnsville, MN- pay to start at $17/hr. for entry-level candidates!

Job Details:

• Direct Hire
• Located in Burnsville, MN- Onsite position
• $17/hr. – Entry Level – plus incentives/bonuses
• $18/hr.+ (depending on experience) for French/Canadian/ Spanish bilingual
• $18-$21/hr. if you are experienced in Emergency Dispatch, i.e., 911, fire, police, etc.
• Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday – 2nd shift 1 PM to 10 PM. (3rd shift potentially available)

Job Responsibilities:

• Emergency Response Services, Roadside Assistance, Stolen Vehicle Tracking, and remote door unlock
• Track customer waitlists, voucher verification requests, and refund approval requests using a web-based CRM platform.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program.
• Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty
• Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Process tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• 0-2 years of experience working in a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to engage with customers and create a positive customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
• Ability to work effectively without supervision
• Strong in leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientation
