What you’ll do:
Enter new account data into internal systems for transitioning representatives
Answer questions regarding paperwork requirements and status of new accounts and transfers
Contact producer’s office when paperwork is not in good order (NIGO)
Work to process initial incoming account transfers and direct rollovers
Work with producer’s office to resolve paperwork issues
Other duties and projects as assigned by manager
Must Haves:
1-3 years demonstrated ability in a business setting required.
Strong familiarity with investment account types, account opening documentation and asset transfers.
Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work in a flexible environment and think independently & analytically.
Must be detail oriented with excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
Must be capable of gaining industry knowledge; read, analyze, and reconcile account statements.
Strong consultation, organizational and communication skills.
Have the ability to refine processes, provide feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Must be Series 7.
Must have a Planning background
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
