The Mom Project Hiring for Part-Time Marketing Strategist (100% Remote) Job at Remote Full Time
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, located in New York City, for a 100% Remote role. They are looking for a Marketing Strategist with specialty in Social Media to support their founder consulting with start-up and DTC Brands. The Strategist will work alongside the founder to ideate, coordinate, present, and execute social media, storytelling, and content strategy across the portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
Marketing strategy duties
Ideate authentic channel-specific strategies for ideal brand communication
Identify customer profiles and parallel interests for targeting
Present creative information clearly, visually, and effectively
Ideate out-of-the-box solutions for partnerships, creative strategy and collaborations
Organize workflow with systems (AirTable) and support client project management
Understanding of business objectives and relation to benchmarks and KPIs
Content management duties
Assign content strategy and cadence based on client’s creative resources
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
Create a regular publishing schedule and cadence to promote content through social advertising
Leverage the right tools to manage your content (HootSuite/AirTable)
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns
Core marketing responsibilities

Market research and POV development (new tools, tech platforms, influencer profiles, campaigns)
Qualifications/Skills
BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
At least 2 years proven experience working with social media
Goal oriented, self-starter, creative, self-directed and self-motivated within thin team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent quantitative, analytical, marketing and communication skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SquareSpace, Shopify, Canva
