The Brand Manager (temp) responsibilities include developing launch plans, product portfolio management, monitoring brand performance (social, digital and traditional) and partnering with sales on key initiatives including distribution and channel specific activation.

Job Description
The Brand Manager (temp) responsibilities include developing launch plans, product portfolio management, monitoring brand performance (social, digital and traditional) and partnering with sales on key initiatives including distribution and channel specific activation.
Responsibilities :
MARKETING COMMUNICATION
–Strategic planning process:
Partner with Director in development of 3-year strategy and annual OSGP
Responsible for ongoing tracking of key brand OSGP metrics
–Marketing Strategy:
Assist in campaign development and deployment across digital, social and traditional (TV/Print/Direct Mail)
Competitive and Communitii monitoring
Serve as creative stakeholder- responsible for ensuring brand alignment of majority of creative assets
Aggregate marketing program performance & results to inform future strategy and executions and create a feedback loop for continuous improvement
INNOVATION & GO TO MARKET
- Responsible for coordinating best-in-class innovation launch plans
Ensure development of required sales and marketing assets
Partner with sales team to develop sell-in materials
Deliver on-time and in-scope launch
–Develop launch plans including positioning, marketing plans, channel mix, pricing and sales support
–Serve as key partner to Sales in brand support
Includes marketing support as we enter new channels and customer accounts
–Drive excitement and support internally for new product launches (in partnership with product team)
LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
–Have an in-depth understanding of everything that is happening on the brand and serve as a single point of contact for the broader organization
–Share brand activation and innovation plans to educate the organization on how we are building the brand in market
