The Customer Service (CSR) role will provide excellent customer service and technical support through a variety of support channels. We are a seven day a week customer service desk assisting customers through e-mail, phone, chat and other related activities. Customers contact support for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: account information, billing and payments, technical support, general customer service and customer care.
Specific Responsibilities May Include:
CSR’s are expected to respond to customer needs/requests and provide product support and service information, maintenance, monitoring and reporting for new products in a diverse technological environment. It is expected that agents have a good understanding of customer needs, how to diagnose and fix issues, demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and show empathy for customer situations. Training is conducted on an ongoing basis and agents should always remain receptive to feedback and dedicated to improving their performance beyond goal.
Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner Robust multi tasking skills (e.g. able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously) Professional phone demeanor
